Hinged Folding Adjustable Canes are made from sturdy aluminum tubing. The cane uses a unique patented hinge that makes it easy to fold and a snap to open. The folded cane is small enough to sit on your lap in a car or a plane, or an empty chair in a restaurant, or in a shopping bag or cart, take it with you everyplace (yes, even there). This cane is the most functional and comfortable cane we sell. It is orthopedically correct and requires almost zero strength to fold and open. The wrist strap frees your hands without requiring that you lay the cane down, for things like unlocking doors. The cane is adjustable in length over a wide range from 33” to 39”, for people from 5’6” to 6’6” in height (a sister model covers 4’8” to 5’8”). This cane has a weight capacity of 250 pounds.
